IPM was founded in 1998 by Milagros Fernandez, President and Chief Executive Officer. IPM has a team of professionals dedicated to meeting our client's needs.

IPM is committed to delivering an unlimited array of resources, manpower and expertise while maintaining and providing a level of personal attention and service that all Associations require, but most sadly lack.

IPM manages approximately 2,000 units ranging from apartment buildings to homeowner Associations. IPM has successfully restored the financial stability of Associations that were slated for receivership as a result of poor management through various programs that IPM implements.

Key Personnel - Listed below is a brief narrative including the names of our officers and key personnel that details their experience and education.

 

Milagros Fernandez. President of IPM. Milagros had over 15 years of property management experience in the commercial and residential sectors. Ms. Fernandez's educational background includes a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor in in Accounting with a minor in Management. Ms. Fernandez is licensed by the State of Florida, Department of Business Regulation under provisions of Section 468 as a Community Association Manager.

Prior to forming her company, Ms. Fernandez was a Regional Financial Manager for Kennedy Wilson Properties (KWP). Her portfolio included 10M+ square feet of office and industrial properties throughout the East Coast (i.e., Miami, DC, VA, and CT).

Melissa Fernandez Galan. Senior-Managing Director. Ms. Galan currently overseas District Managers, Property Representatives, and Property Accounts. Ms. Galan has over 10 years of experience in property management. Her educational background includes a Bachelor in Business. Ms. Galan is licensed by the State of Florida, Department of Business Regulation under provisions of Section 468 as a Community Association Manager.
