We will visit your property on a regular basis to verify that contract services are performed properly and on time (e.g., janitorial, irrigation services, lawn, roof, termite inspections, window, parking lot, etc.). Regular verification of all heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems is also performed.

Contracts are negotiated to minimize your property's expenses while maintaining the property's value and and ensuring quality performance. Contract specifications include provisions for emergency 24-hour services.

We will also help eliminate waste by instituting provisions for purchases of supplies.

We will strictly enforce all association guidelines and policies. Enforcement will be conducted through communication in writing, telephone, and if necessary via local attorney.

We will screen prospective tenants and buyers. A background check will be performed with the State of Florida Department of Motor Vehicles as well as the Metro-Dade court system.

Resident services range from the identification and recruitment of resident leadership to the preparation and distribution of resident handbooks, newsletters and surveys.
